1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Barbs platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, please stop using our services.

2. The Service

Barbs provides a barbershop management platform covering digital queue management, online booking, a POS system, inventory management, and customer loyalty programs.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds are not provided for subscription periods already used.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Purchased SMS credits are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for illegal or unlawful purposes.
Send spam or abusive content through the messaging system.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We protect your customer data in accordance with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

7. Limitation of Liability

Barbs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may also cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
